Return & refund policy
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
If you’d like to return your purchase for any reason, simply get in touch and we’ll guide you through the process. Please ensure your item is returned within 30 days of receiving it, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

UK Returns
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below. We’ll provide you with a return label. A fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns Outside the UK
For international returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and must provide us with a tracking number once the parcel is sent.

How to Start a Return
To begin your return, email us at apparel@karve.club with the following information:
- Clear photos showing the item in its original, unused condition
- The date you received the item (including Proof of Delivery, which can be found on the tracking page)
- Any other relevant details that could help us process your return
Please note: Our physical address is for administrative purposes only. Returns sent without prior instruction or to the wrong address will not be accepted.
Once you’ve received your return label, the item must be shipped back within 14 days to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not offer refunds due to delivery timeframes. Shipping timelines are clearly stated on each product page and our Shipping Policy. If you no longer want the item after receiving it, you may still return it under our 30-day policy.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised items, and personal care products (like beauty or grooming products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us.
Please note: purchases of lifetime warranties are final and not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item for a refund, and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days — no questions asked. The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refund Process
We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction on their end.
If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at apparel@karve.club.
Please note: If the returned item is damaged, worn, or in any way diminished in value, we may deduct a portion of your refund to reflect this.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested after this 4-hour window cannot be processed.

Regardless of where you live, getting your purchase to you in a timely manner is our top priority.
Please consider that we are based in the UK. For that reason, our shipping and handling times can vary depending the shipment's destination.

All orders without "Priority Processing" service are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders with "Priority Processing" service are processed within 1 business day.

The KARVE mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Karve Services LTD (“KARVE”, “we”, or “us”). Use of this Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or its features without notice.
By consenting to KARVE’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us at the number you provide. These may include updates, alerts, and marketing messages. Texts may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not charge for the Service, but your wireless carrier may impose fees. Message frequency varies. Standard rates apply. You are responsible for all charges associated with your mobile plan.
To opt out, text STOP to KARVE or use the unsubscribe link provided in messages. You will receive a confirmation text and no further messages unless you re-enroll. To get help, text HELP to KARVE or email hello@karve.com.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number and update it if changed.
We are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, or for actions taken in reliance on the Service. For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Notice.
